  • You can translate the form into any language. 
  • Please complete all registration fields. you will receive payment details in the e-mail registration confirmation.
  • Please remember that all fees associated with the transfer of the conference fee must be covered by the participant.
  • Please fill in your data in English
  • ​​Fields marked with * are obligatory.
  • ​​We send final invoices within 3 business days to the email address provided in the registration. ​In case of payment by PayU, this period may extend to a week, please be patient.
  • ​​​Please pay attention to the account number for deposits. EUR and PLN currency have different account numbers. Payment to the wrong account will result in a loss due to currency conversion. You will receive the correct account number in the confirmation of registration to the email provided in the registration form (applies to the bank transfer method).
  • If you want to change the payment method, or any other data in the registration form, do not submit a second registration. Instead, please write to us uispp2026@ppnt.poznan.pl, we will correct your registration and you will receive a new registration confirmation.
