Posters will be presented in a digital format on screens located in the main hall of the Faculty of Archaeology, AMU.
All presentations should be prepared with accessibility in mind to support participants with visual or hearing impairments. Please use high-contrast colours, large and readable fonts, and minimal text. Include all text for images and graphs, provide captions or subtitles for videos, and ensure materials are compatible with screen readers.
Guidelines:
Include the title, authors, and affiliations prominently at the top.
Use clear headings and organise content logically.
Maximum file size: 10 MB.
Orientation: portrait (vertical).
Width: 1080 pixels (28.58 cm / 11.25 in).
Height: 1920 pixels (50.8 cm / 20 in).
E-poster files must be submitted in JPG format (RGB colour mode) by 20 August.
